I had a great experience with Magnolia! My water heater was leaking in my DC condo over the holidays and Magnolia came out immediately to inspect it. They set up a short-term solution to stop the leak and then promptly installed a new one. We got a second quote for a new water heater, which showed that Magnolia’s rates were very competitive. Pasquale is the plumber who provided our service. He is fantastic! Very knowledgeable and so good at keeping us updated with progress. He was patient and personable. I’d highly recommend Magnolia and specifically Pasquale for any of your plumbing needs!

The plumbers did great work, great attention to detail and making sure the job is done perfectly. This house is a very old building, 100 years old, and there are always some surprises (need of older parts, etc.) and odd problems that pop up when you go behind the walls, etc. And some of that happened on this job, but they handled it very well. And did excellent work

I had no heat for 2 days. I called them and came to inspect within a few hours. Anthony Grant was amazing. After determining that the furnace was fine, he proceeded to inspect the thermostat. Happens that the wires were stripped and causing issues sending current to the furnace. He rapidly fixed them and everything is working well. I appreciate Anthony's professionalism and expertise.

Nelson and his assistant were very professional in changing the old emergency valves in my toilet, kitchen’s sink and lavatory. They chose the right quality parts and installed and leak proofed everything up to a full satisfactory work. They communicated well along the whole process and kept me aware of quotation prices, range of services and discounts since I am a Gold Plan subscriber to Magnolia Plumbing services. I am completely satisfied with my preventative maintenance plan!

Very pleased with my most recent plumbing service from Magnolia. We already use them for our regular home HVAC maintenance, but their work on the past couple of plumbing requests have been reliable as well. For the most recent visit, Pasquale was my technician and he was incredibly professional, efficient, and polite. He took the time to explain anything he was doing and patiently answered my questions. I will be requesting him by name for future service calls whenever possible. Thank you!

Called them for an urgent gas leak inspection / repair. For the initial inspection, no problem - they scheduled someone to come out and investigate within a day. However, to schedule the follow up repair, they bounced me between 3 different customer service reps - 2 of which said they would send me an email or follow up with me on the phone but never did. One of them actually told me I was already scheduled for service, which was a surprise to me so I had to make last minute arrangements to accommodate the technician. However, that rep mistakenly was looking at another account and did not follow up to tell me that there was no service actually booked. And then, an hour before the expected arrival Magnolia called again saying that they are not able to actually dispatch anyone for the repair that day, pushing back service for an urgent gas leak yet another day which is unacceptable. While the technicians Magnolia dispatches are fine, the company itself provides bad customer service & poor communication on issues - frankly, they don't care as they are just the middle man between you & the technician. If you have other options, I would go there from the start.

Called for same day service and within a few hours, a plumber arrived to my home. He explained how their estimates are tallied based on what needs to be fixed and what parts are required. The bathroom sink drain was leaking due to corrosion and new pipes were installed. It was a little pricey but in the end the leak was resolved. They guarantee the work for a year. The plumber, Anthony was polite, respectful and a true professional. I would call them for service, if needed again.

Steve was awesome and very educational! He diagnosed the issue and it was exactly what he stated. I will definitely use Magnolia for any future plumbing needs. His customer service was exceptional. I appreciate him! He represented the company very well.
